The Torii fixed height workstation frame is based on the Japanese Torii, with the ancient Chinese mortise and tenon construction technique to create a more durable and robust workstation frame. Chinese mortise construction is the technique found mostly in woodwork involving a flexible framework where the major components such as columns, beams and purlins, are connected together with mortises (holes) and tenons (tongues).
Torii is the bridge between individuals and their teams. Incorporating Japanese minimalistic aesthetics into the design, it is more than architecture, it is an extension of space.
